Returns Policy

At The Second Hand Golf Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  
• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  
• Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be sent back in the exact same condition they were sold in.
• Returns on New Equipment: Once the cellophane wrapping or original tags have been removed, the item is considered used and is no longer eligible for return.
• The Second Hand Golf Shop can withdraw the returns policy if it is abused by any customer.
  

Refunds

• Full Refund: Provided the item is returned in the same condition it was sold in, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  
• Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in worse condition than when it was sold (e.g. damage, excessive wear, missing parts), it will be evaluated upon return. A partial refund will be issued based on the assessed value of the returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please email us on info@thesecondhandgolfshop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
